- Trade in goods: Increase bilateral trade, addressing challenges such as the technology gap, the trade deficit, and the concentration of exports in a few products, to diversify and add value to exchanges.
- Investments: Promote the entry of Chinese investment into strategic sectors in the region, especially renewable energy, infrastructure, and technology, to boost the economy and create jobs.
- Financing: Leverage China's financial instruments to promote infrastructure and social development projects, aligned with the goals of sustainability and social cohesion.
- Infrastructure projects: Develop integrated value chains that allow for better use of infrastructure and improve regional competitiveness.
- Science and technology: Promote collaboration in innovation, digitalization, and renewable energy to accelerate the transition to a greener and more technological economy.
- Cultural and educational relations: Strengthen cultural and academic exchanges to build stronger ties and promote greater mutual understanding.
- Environmental sustainability: Integrate mechanisms into cooperation projects that ensure respect and protection of the environment, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
