Do current habeas corpus procedures reflect the full power of personal data?

The current habeas data law, Law 1266 of 2008, contains some provisions of this right and focuses on personal data of a financial, commercial, or service nature for computer purposes and on the rules for handling personal data in third countries. Under this law, the collection, processing, and distribution of data related to social security, tax matters conducted by government intelligence and security agencies, commercial registries, and others are protected by Article 15 of the Constitution and developed according to the rules of the Colombian Court of Justice.
