A little history...

Mr. Accountant It's not just a name, it's a story made by hand. Behind this project is Andrés Ricardo Moreno Méndez, a Colombian accountant with deep roots on the Atlantic coast, where almost five decades ago a dreamer with a different perspective on business and economics was born. From a young age, he understood that intuition wasn't enough to grow: you needed tools, solid knowledge, and a realistic vision of the accounting world. It was this need to understand the essence of business—and the pitfalls it entails—that led him to embrace the accounting as a life vocation, not just as a profession.
His path has not been easy: failures, family bankruptcies, structural barriers, and an unfriendly tax environment marked his life. But he never lost his bearings. On the contrary, each fall was an opportunity to rise again with more experience, more judgment, and more conviction. Thus, amidst the chaos, he found meaning in taxes, in fiscal duty, in financial responsibility, and in educating others by example. What he has experienced Mr. Accountant It's not an algorithm, it's real life. The kind that teaches more than any university.
Today, Mr. Accountant It represents a knowledge community, a support network for business owners, entrepreneurs, and citizens who need guidance in an increasingly complex tax world.
This isn't just about balance sheets or tax returns. It's about developing an accounting and tax culture.
It's about putting a human face on numbers and dignity on the profession.
We continue learning, because accounting is constantly evolving.
And this—you can be sure of it— it's just beginning.
