Enabling Income Tax AG 2023 Legal

The National Tax and Customs Administration (DIAN) did not make any statement, with any update on Form 110 for the 2023 tax year, therefore that taxable year for tax purposes will use the same format as 2022.

It is important to clarify and remember the normative source applied in the previous year:

• Resolution 000022 of 02-15-2023
• Article 1.6.1.13.2.12 of Decree-2229-of-2023
